This isn't the best art, sorry folks. Just a cartoon, if you grok it then you win a cookie.

Ahhh! Not a pop quiz! @_@

Well... the first thing I noticed was that the style looks similar to mine, making me think it was made in Inkscape.

But that's not what you're looking for, is it? *head hurts*

You're right, it was made in inkscape. On a Wacom Intuos 3. But I think you know I was looking for what clever fun I was poking at everyone in each depiction.

Well, let's see.

Apple: Diamond-encrusted, shiny, and far too expensive.
Windows: Old from use, bent out of shape, slightly pricey, but you wouldn't know it since it came with the toolbox you bought.
Linux: RTFM and DIY.
Ubuntu: Adjustable, customizable, and has a spiffy forum where you can get friendly help at no charge.
Everyone: Gets the job done, one way or another, accommodating their users' tastes in budget, glitz, usability, or ideology.

*head still hurts*

Very well done! You basically got everything except for Apple's added spike showing how they promote proprietary formats over standards and Ubuntu's price tag is a subtle dig at the difference between promoting freedom and promoting free cost since Mark puts a big load of cash in.
