This is a modified version of C-Quel's lovely Risa-Busking image here: [link]

I've added some shading and re-organised the image for my blog entry today: [link]

There could be more done to this image, so I've attached the svg (inkscape) as the download to this piece (more people should do this, instead of linking to some website somewhere)

And although it's not normal for me to license things with NC, that's what the artist (C-Quel) has requested via use of it on his work. (although I dare say he had no need to so as character depictions are not copies re copyright), but I have added SA, I intend for derivatives to stay open the same way the GPL does.

Hmmm, surprised no one's commented on this yet. ^^;

Well, I already said how much I liked the shading and highlighting work over on my side so we're set there.

As far as licensing goes, remember I'm still a novice in that field so take with a grain of salt that I know how to license these things properly. The BY-NC was in fact to have this picture inherit Seotch-san's original CC license -- plus I've been very apprehensive about SA ever since you called it "restrictive". ^^;

Too late for this one (besides, she's a busker anyway... ^.^ ), but the upcoming wallpapers can probably be issued with BY-SA. ^___^

They're all restrictions, each one with their own rationales. I was going to explain each one, but then I thought you'd apperciate a more creative explanation:

You could very well have plans to re-license for commercial use.
